Specialist logistics solutions connecting Europe with the Caucasus, Central Asia, Mongolia and the Middle East.
The world has changed.
Supply chains have become more complex. Traditional transport routes have been disrupted. Compliance requirements have increased. Companies are looking for logistics partners who offer more than transport capacity — they need expertise, operational insight and reliable execution.
That is why Alog East was established.
We specialise in connecting Europe with some of the world's most challenging and fastest developing logistics regions. Unlike general freight forwarders, we focus on the transport corridors where experience makes the greatest difference.
From our operational hub in Bulgaria, we provide specialist logistics solutions to the Caucasus, Central Asia, Mongolia and selected Middle Eastern markets, supported by more than 30 years of regional experience, strong local partnerships and one of Bulgaria's leading logistics infrastructures.
Most freight forwarders offer transport to almost every country in the world.
We have chosen a different approach.
Alog East specialises in regions where logistics requires local knowledge, operational experience and careful planning. Our objective is not simply to move cargo but to build logistics solutions that reduce risk, improve reliability and create value for our customers.
Alog East is part of the Alexander Logistics Group, established in 1994 and today one of Bulgaria's largest privately owned logistics companies.
Together we combine:
This infrastructure allows us to support customers from cargo collection anywhere in Europe through to final delivery across Eurasia.
Multimodal container and road transport solutions supported by decades of regional experience.
Regular FTL services and several weekly groupage departures from Sofia to Tbilisi, Yerevan and Baku.
Alternative container solutions via Chinese ports with final delivery by road through partners with offices in China and Mongolia.
Specialist transport solutions through carefully selected partners, including direct Iran services for non-sanctioned goods in full compliance with applicable regulations.
In addition to international transport, Alog East provides warehousing, cargo consolidation, cross-docking, customs and transport documentation, EAC Certification & Market Access, project logistics and value-added logistics services.
By integrating these services, we simplify complex international supply chains.
Whether you are exporting to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Mongolia, Iran or anywhere in between, Alog East provides a single point of contact for transport, warehousing, certification and supply chain support.
We combine the strength of an established European logistics organisation with specialist expertise in markets where experience makes the difference.
Alog East — Connecting Europe with Eurasia through expertise, experience and operational excellence.
